ABOUT ME


I first learnt about Yoga during the covid 19 lockdown- through being stuck inside i created a new hobby. I then went on to join public classes where this passion grew. It wasn't until i backpacked around the world that I joined a re treat in Thailand that I wanted to pursue my goal to become a yoga teacher. I enrolled in my 200 hour YTT course at the same retreat Centre- where i became trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Bhakti and Pranayama, Meditation. This became a life changing moment for me inspiring me to set up my own business and follow my passion for yoga and travel. I have taught in locations around the world and my home base in the UK. With this platform i am bringing my teaching to an online space to reach more people while also hosting in person events, workshops and retreats. Why Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient practice that has been popularised by modern society- it combines:

Breathwork/ Pranayama- to regulate or boost the nervous system.

Asanas/ yoga poses- to strengthen and create flexibility.

Meditation- to go within and focus on mental wellness.

Frequently asked questions

Absolutely not! As a matter of fact, lack of flexibility is a good reason to start a regular yoga practice! Besides that, yoga is much more than just stretching. It’s a physical activity that tones, strengthens, calms, and heals the body, mind, and spirit.

First of all you will need to be a relevant package to register for a class. Once registered a unique online link will be sent to you via ZOOM. This is the platform i teach on. Please make sure to arrive to class before the start time.

Any country can join my classes. I accept payment via stripe and is accepted in over 135 countries. All of my classes will be shown in UK time- I can let you know the time of the class in your country if you would like that information to see if it aligns with your schedule.
